vscode-sass-lint (deprecated)

DEPRECATED: This extension is no longer maintained, as the sass-lint library project has been abandoned.

⚠ Please uninstall the extension as soon as possible, as it may be susceptible to security exploits (see CVE-2021-28956).

You may wish to consider stylelint as an alternative.

Integrates the sass-lint linter into VS Code.

Please refer to the sass-lint documentation for how to configure the linting rules.

Prerequisites

The extension requires that sass-lint is installed either locally or globally.

Configuration options

• sasslint.enable - Enable or disable linting.
• sasslint.configFile - A .sass-lint.yml or .sasslintrc file to use/fallback to if no config file is found in the current project.
• sasslint.resolvePathsRelativeToConfig - This option allows you to choose to resolve file paths relative to your config file rather than relative to the root of your currently open project.
• sasslint.run - Run the linter onSave or onType, default is onType.
• sasslint.packageManager - Use this package manager to locate the sass-lint module. Valid values are "npm" or "yarn". This setting is only consulted when the module is installed globally.
• sasslint.nodePath - custom path to node modules directory, used to load sass-lint from a different location than the default of the current workspace or the global node modules directory.
