Save and restore Chrome tab groups, and hide them manually when needed.

Version 1.56 removes automatic hiding on window close and automatic session creation on rename. It fixes window moves, matching groups with the same name, restoration placement, PIN verification and live bindings after background restarts. Existing saved records are retained.
Storage is local by default. Enabling sync uses Google's Chrome sync service. PINs do not encrypt saved data.
