About Myti Local Finder
Find products at local independent shops nationwide while browsing any shopping site
Myti Local Finder helps you find local independent shops near you while browsing any major shopping site.
HOW IT WORKS: • Search on Amazon, Walmart, Target, or any shopping site • Myti instantly finds independent local shops near you that carry that product or similar products • A panel appears showing local options with shop names, distance, and availability • Click to buy local and keep money in your community
WHY IT MATTERS: When you shop local, 73% of your money stays in your community (vs 0% with Amazon). Every purchase supports independent businesses, creates local jobs, and builds economic resilience. Choose where you spend your economic power.
FEATURES: • Works on ANY shopping website • Anywhere in the US — city, suburb, or rural area • Enter your ZIP code to search your area • Inventory detection for shops running Shopify or WooCommerce — See when they have your exact item in stock • All local shops are shown regardless of whether they sell online • Shop finder map — click any pin to see shop details, distance, and whether they have your item in stock • Vermont shoppers get Myti.com results with confirmed inventory alongside local shops • Community powered: Verify Local / Report Chain buttons keep data accurate • Free to use
ECONOMIC IMPACT: Every $100 spent locally keeps $73 in your community — and it circulates 4 times, building real economic power on your Main Street.
PRIVACY: We collect anonymized search queries and your approximate location (ZIP code) solely to find nearby shops. We do NOT collect your name, email, browsing history, or purchase data. Full policy: https://myti.com/pages/privacy-policy

Data source
Covers every Chrome Web Store extension with at least 100 users, found through the store's public sitemap. User counts are read from public listing pages. The 10% most-used extensions are refreshed daily, the next 40% weekly and the next 40% monthly; the least-used 10% are not refreshed. Google displays rounded user counts (and caps the display at 10,000,000+), so small changes may not be visible. Rating counts above 1,000 are rounded (e.g. 1.6K).
