About Scientific Calculator
A complete scientific calculator: graphing, solver, calculus, statistics, matrices, units, finance, chemistry, physics, biology.
A fast, powerful scientific calculator, right in your browser. fractions, graphs, equations, matrices, a periodic table, physics and biology tools, 100+ formulas and more. It works offline, is free, no ads, and keeps your data private.
OPEN IT YOUR WAY • Popup: click the toolbar icon or press Alt+S. • Its own window: keep the calculator open while you work, at any size. • Advanced mode: the calculator in a big window with all the tools down its side. Graph, periodic table and every other tool can also pop out into a window of their own. • On every page (optional): a small calculator button on the side of any website. Drag it to the side you like. • Instant answers on every page (optional): see below.
CALCULATOR • See the whole equation as you type, and fix any part of it with the arrow keys or a click. • Real calculator math: 1 + 2 × 3 = 7, with brackets nested up to 29 levels. • Select part of an equation and press a function key to wrap it: sin over 30 is sin(30). • Trigonometry, inverse and hyperbolic functions, in Deg, Rad or Grad. • Logarithms, powers and roots, factorial, nCr, nPr, mod, gcd, lcm and Rand. • Degrees, minutes and seconds: 12°30′15″. • Memory keys, Ans, and undo and redo with Ctrl+Z. • Number format: Fix, Sci or Eng, 0 to 9 decimal places, and thousands separators like 1,234.5 or 1.234,5.
FRACTIONS • Turn on a/b and every division is drawn as a real fraction while you type. • Results show as exact fractions: 0.75 is 3/4.
HISTORY AND VARIABLES • Your last 50 calculations are saved. Insert an equation or a result again, or copy it. • Export the history as text or as a CSV for a spreadsheet. • Ten variables, A to J: store a result and use it in any equation, like 2A + B.
GRAPH • Draw up to seven functions at once, each in its own color. • Roots, highs and lows, and crossings are marked. Click any point for its x, y and slope, with the tangent line. • Sliders you can play, the area under a curve, derivatives, equations of x and y, inequalities, polar and parametric curves, sequences, slope fields and best-fit lines. • A table of values, sixty examples to try, and a big view.
SOLVE • Every root of an equation, in exact form too: √2, (1 + √5)/2, π/6. • Inequalities, turning points, and polynomials up to the power 30, with complex roots. • Two or three linear equations at once, and where two curves meet. • Calculus: integrals, derivatives, limits, sums and products to infinity, Taylor series, arc length and differential equations. • Geometry: triangles from any three parts, areas and volumes of shapes, the circle through three points, all drawn. • Most answers come with a graph, and each card has an example to start from.
PERIODIC TABLE AND CHEMISTRY • All 118 elements, coloured by kind, state, block or electronegativity, with a search. • Click an element for its mass, electron configuration, shells, melting and boiling points, density, oxidation states, hardness, magnetism, conductivity, abundance and more. • Its atom drawn as Bohr drew it, with the electrons going round. • Its spectrum, with dark absorption lines or bright emission lines. • Its crystal structure: the unit cell drawn in 3D, with its atoms counted. • Molar mass of a formula, grams ↔ moles ↔ particles, and empirical formulas. • Balance any equation, redox too, with the limiting reactant and percent yield. • Molarity, dilution, pH, buffers, solutions, solubility, and names ⇄ formulas. • Gas laws, partial pressures, gas volumes, effusion and the air with height.
PHYSICS • Electronics: resistor color codes and SMD codes both ways, drawn; resistors, capacitors and coils in series and parallel (100 + 220 || 330); Ohm's law, dividers, filters, diodes, transistors, op-amps, the 555 and decibels. • Motion: steady acceleration, projectiles, orbits, pendulums and springs, rotation. • Forces: friction, pulleys, collisions, energy, torque, gravitation, Coulomb's law and magnetic fields. • Waves: standing waves, lenses and mirrors with ray diagrams, interference, the Doppler effect. • Matter: heat, gases, Carnot engines, pressure, buoyancy and flow. • Modern: relativity, nuclear binding energy, the photoelectric effect, quantum tunnelling, hydrogen's spectrum and radioactive decay. • Most results come with a drawing.
BIOLOGY • Genetics: Punnett squares of up to six genes, crosses of the X, Hardy–Weinberg, gene maps and pedigrees. • DNA: sequences, translation, primers, restriction digests on a virtual gel, PCR, alignment and CRISPR guides. • Protein: mass, pI and charge, enzyme kinetics and dose–response curves. • Lab: dilutions, cell counts, growth, OD600, CFU, centrifuge settings. • Cells, health and ecology: more tools for each.
FINANCE • Loan calculator with a table of every year or every payment. • Savings growth, time value of money (N, I/Y, PV, PMT, FV), NPV, IRR and payback. • APR and APY, bonds, depreciation, break-even, inflation, markup and margin.
PROBABILITY AND STATISTICS • Type or paste a list of numbers, even a spreadsheet column: mean, median, standard deviation, quartiles, mode and more, with a histogram and a box plot. • Pairs of x and y: correlation and the best-fit curve (linear, quadratic, exponential, power, logarithmic or logistic). • Tests of hypotheses as on a TI-84: t, z, proportions, χ², ANOVA, with p-values. • Normal, t, χ², F, binomial, Poisson and more, with p-values and confidence intervals.
FORMULAS AND CONSTANTS • 100+ formulas of algebra, geometry, physics, electricity, chemistry, money and everyday life. Fill in the letters and get the answer. • 59 constants of math and science, one click to insert.…

Filled points are observed values; hollow points come from Internet Archive snapshots of the listing page. Dashed segments span periods with no observations — values between points are not interpolated.
Each band is one page of 20. Users on a linear scale. Placement is projected from users, so it can differ from the marketplace's own sort order. Hover a dot to see the listing.

Covers every Chrome Web Store extension with at least 100 users, found through the store's public sitemap. User counts are read from public listing pages. The 10% most-used extensions are refreshed daily, the next 40% weekly and the next 40% monthly; the least-used 10% are not refreshed. Google displays rounded user counts (and caps the display at 10,000,000+), so small changes may not be visible. Rating counts above 1,000 are rounded (e.g. 1.6K).
