About Drupal Namespace Detector
Drupal Namespace Detector is a PhpStorm plugin that detects sources/tests folders in Drupal core, modules, themes, or recipes and marks the directories as Source Roots or Test Roots.
If folder has a namespace, it will also be automatically registered as the package prefix.
Registering the sources/tests folders and namespaces offers the following benefits:
• When searching with Find in Files..., you can exclude or search only for test code • When creating a new class, the correct namespace is automatically entered • Namespace mismatches can be detected
The following folders can be detected:
• Drupal core: Sources and Tests • Modules (core/contrib/custom): Sources and Tests • Themes (core/contrib/custom): Tests only • Drupal Recipes: Tests only
