Official offline version of the SequenceDiagram.org UML sequence diagram tool.

Creating and Editing

• Create new sequence diagrams: File -> New or Right click in project -> New • See instructions and examples for supported sequence diagram elements.

Generating from Java Code

• Generate sequence diagrams from Java code: Right click inside a method -> Sequence Diagram (in the bottom of the context menu) • Sequence diagrams generated from Java code are displayed in the bottom. • Click on an arrow in the generated diagram to navigate to the corresponding java method invocation and ctrl/cmd + click to navigate to the definition • Click the save icon in the action bar to save the diagram to a location and edit it in the normal main window editor (the save action removes any metadata in the diagram which is used for the previously mentioned navigation) • Adjust settings (package filter, limits etc.): File -> Settings -> Tools -> Sequence Diagram Org

Features

• Text notation scripting and drawing by clicking and dragging in the same model • Export to SVG and PNG • Syntax highlight and code completion

Limitations

• Although diagrams exported to SVG contain the diagram source, the diagram source of it cannot be opened and edited using this plugin due to file handling in intellij
