Setting up Traces & GitHub
• Install Traces Git Hooks: Run traces setup git to setup git hooks that run on every commit. The hooks install .git/hooks/traces-post-commit and injects a guarded call into .git/hooks/post-commit. It chains with existing hooks (husky, lefthook, project hooks) without overwriting them. It also configures a per-repo fetch refspec so notes sync on pull. • Install the GitHub app - The GitHub app reads your git notes and displays them in pull requests, so you can get context of the agent conversations that led to that commit.
