ECZ-ID Agent Trust reviews committed canonical agent manifests and checks operator, Agent Credential, API Passport, authority-scope, hash, signature-set, and related reference structure. It flags malformed files and objective operator-prefix or reference disagreement.

Preserve a neutral evidence boundary

The App separates configuration posture from public-accountability evidence. Missing Resolver evidence, legacy schemas, unavailable proof, or limits produce neutral guidance rather than a failing result. The App does not certify safety, compliance, approval, or authority.

Minimize repository access

The App requests Checks read/write, Contents read-only, Pull requests read-only, and mandatory Metadata read-only. It fetches only supported committed agent-manifest files, never executes repository code, never retains raw source, and never uses hidden telemetry.

Turn findings into repairs

Results identify affected paths, explain the reason, and provide a copyable canonical scaffold when appropriate. Payment never changes a finding, and local policy decides whether the evidence is sufficient.
