About 22 Skills
Find out how your resume scores against a specific job posting before you apply. Paste both, and 22 Skills reads them the way an applicant tracking system (ATS) does: a 0–100 match score, the job keywords your resume is missing with the critical ones first, requirement checks for job title, education and experience, and the fixes that move the score most. Open the full report on 22skills.com to keep one master resume and a tailored, scored version for every job you apply to. Free, and no account needed to scan.
